The film is based on 3 rules:
1. The entire film must take place in only ONE LOCATION; an ambulance
2. The story must be in REAL TIME; a 80 minute ride
3. There must be only 4 CHARACTERS on the ride
STORY
The two brothers, Tim (Paw Henriksen) and Frank (Thomas Bo Larsen) commit a robbery to get money for the operation that can save their Mother from dying. But the robbery fails and the police arrive and prevent the two brothers from using their planned getaway car. Instead they steal an ambulance, but during their intense escape from the police, they discover to their great surprise that there's a dying heart Patient and a hospital intern, Julie (Helle Fagralid), in the back of the ambulance. Julie tells the two brothers that the Patient will die, if they don't turn around immediatly and go to the hospital! This splits up the two brothers. They are suddenly in the dilemma of their life: Should they save the Patient - or their own Mother!
